There is currently a lawsuit at The Bristol between the developer and the Property Owners Association due to water intrusion into the envelope of the building around the doors and windows. Several engineers have studied the building and presented a detailed report on how to fix the building to the homeowners. The developer is in the process of deciding how to proceed with the correction. The building was turned over to the homeowners association after the problem and fix were identified, and there should be more news soon as to the schedule of such repairs.
